WHAT IS THE CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

HobbyJobby will change all those products that are new and have not been used.

The client has 7 working days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the reception of the product.

The product must be returned packed, in the same conditions (unopened) in which it was delivered.

The customer must return by courier (Correos) the product, running with the expenses that this generates.

In addition: The seller responds of the lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of two years from delivery.

The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of having knowledge of it.

Taking into account the nature of some of the products marketed, these guarantees will be applied as long as the type of product allows it.

 

In case of defective products we will proceed to the immediate change and will bear all shipping costs as long as the product is in stock, otherwise the amount of the product will be returned to the customer, taking charge HobbyJobby the costs that this may generate.

In case the customer introduced a wrong address, they do not get a refund until we recive the goods back, the customers does not get a refund for the shipping fee.
