- Nurge Tambour Hook 240-7 This lovely beech wood tambour hook is used for bead embroidery (also called French embroidery or beading) as well as decorative chain stitch embroidery called tambour work.
- The hook catches the thread on the backside of the fabric, pulling it to the front side to create loops or attach beads or sequins.
- The handle is turned beech wood and the metal screw collar allows adjustment and replacement of the needle.
- Supplied in a plastic storage tube. Made in Turkey.
- The medium No. 2 hook is great for getting started and is appropriate for using fine cotton thread on a stable surface fabric.
